- You are the curator of the “Central Card File” („Numismatische Zentralkartei“, NZK) of the department, containing images of – and information on – about 1.5 million coins and related objects and of the collection of catalogues of the international coin trade, from the 19th century to the present day.
- Together with the team of the department, you develop a strategy for digitising the Central Card File and start implementing it.
- You look after national and international users of the Central Card File and respond to enquiries regarding material on file.
- You make sure that the catalogue collection is up to date and try to fill in gaps in the holdings, mainly by exchanging material with our international partners.
