ring(tasks) - Organization of airfreight process
- Manage export and import airfreight operations
- Develop, implement and continuously enhance air freight forwarding operational procedures (import and export)
- Coordinate preparation and organization of airfreight shipments (products packing, labelling, documentation, shipment booking, tracking and tracing) with shipping department
- Overseeing customs clearance process of airfreight shipments
- Organizing and controlling linehaul of airfreight shipments
- Lead negotiations of rates and contracts with airfreight carriers
- Operative communication with airfreight carriers, tracking & tracing, claims processing
ring(skills) - Minimum 5 years of experience in an airfreight supervisory or management position
- Experience in road transport, customs clearance process, warehouse logistics and contract logistics
- Experience in project management
- Teamwork, high motivation and independence
- Logical thinking skills
- Strong knowledge of documentation, procedures and rules for air cargo transportation
- Fluent language skills in English and possibly Spanish language
- Readiness for travel
The minimum annual salary for this position is € 65.000,-- and is based on the collective agreement for employees in the trades, commerce and services.
