Your personal sphere of influence:

As a university assistant prae doc, you will complement the research team around Univ.-Prof. Dr. Iris Eisenberger, M.Sc. (LSE) for the duration of the absence of an employee until 30.06.2025 and tackle tasks like eg support of the professorship (Innovation and Public Law) and involvement in a wide variety of areas. 

The focus of our research is Innovation and Public Law.

Your future tasks:

You actively participate in research, teaching & administration, which means:

• Support of the professorship (Innovation and Public Law) in research, teaching and administration
• Participation in research projects
• Participation in teaching and independent teaching of courses as defined by the collective agreement
• Participation in student supervision and examination activities
• Participation in the administration of the department and the professorship in evaluation measures as well as in quality assurance
• Work on an existing dissertation or development of a dissertation project

This is part of your personality:

• Degree in law
• Work experience in the field of Public Law
• Interest in the field of Innovation Law
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability and motivation to work in an interdisciplinary and international team
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good organizational skills
• Good IT skills (at least MS Office) required

Desirable qualifications are:

• Knowledge of universitiy processes and structures
• Work experience for an authority, administrative court or similar experience in Public Law
• Basic experience in research methods and academic writing
