This Is Your New Mission
- Optimization of Business Processes: You analyze, document, and further develop business processes, using BPMN or similar tools to enhance efficiency.
- Improving Technical Solutions: You identify optimization potential in ERP and CRM systems and ensure their seamless integration to optimize the value chain.
- Coordination of Experts and Service Providers: You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement complex process automation and system integrations.
- Database Development and Visualization: You create fundamental databases and develop dashboards and reports for effective business management.
And This Is What You Bring
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Process Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in process management and data analysis, including stakeholder management
- Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems
- Ability to create process maps and workflows across tools (BPMN)
- Nice to have: Basic experience in software development, rudimentary programming skills, and database setup (REST API, MySQL)
- Fluent in German and English

€ 56,000.00 Gross Annual Salary | All-in
Based on a 40-hour workweek, with a willingness to overpay. The exact salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
