This Is Your New Mission

• Incoming and outgoing invoices: You keep track of all payments, allocate them to our projects, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Thanks to you, reminders won't be coming our way anytime soon.
• Reports: When it comes to regular reports to the tax office or Statistics Austria (Intrastat), you ensure exceptional accuracy.
• Account overview: You always keep our WERE account up to date.
• Careful data entry: Our ERP system is essential for accurate data recording. No error or discrepancy escapes your watchful eye.
• Team player: You work closely with your colleagues in the finance department and support them with their daily tasks and during closing periods. You also maintain regular communication with our operational departments and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, authorities).

And This Is What You Bring

• You have a commercial education (e.g., HAK) and have already gained accounting experience.
• Accuracy, reliability, and good communication skills are particularly important for this job.
• You work in a structured way and approach tasks with great initiative and interest.
• Additionally, you bring excellent German and business-fluent English skills.
• IT affinity will naturally help you get familiar with our programs.

3,000.00 € Gross / Full-Time Basis

Based on 40 hrs/week. The exact salary depends on your experience and qualifications.

And This Is How It Starts

• 25 to 35 hours per week
• The option for home office (up to 40%) is also available.
