Technical Engineer CEE (m/f/x)
What you will enjoy doing
- Support in technical planning, contractor selection, and project execution within ALPLA plants across the CEE Region
- Assist planning technical solutions and plant setups, considering ALPLA Plant Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Support creation and modification of CAD layouts for new manufacturing plants, expansions, and adaptations, including buildings, energy, cooling water, compressed air system, HVAC, machinery, and upstream/downstream equipment
- Contribute to offer management, supplier/contractor selection and project execution following ALPLA's project management guidelines
- Collaborate with local, regional and global technical counterparts
What makes you great
- First work experience in mechanical engineering or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of various types of equipment
- Initial experience in installation management
- Familiar with AutoCAD; willingness to develop these skills further
- First experience in project management and organization
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a proactive and collaborative attitude
- Fluent English
- Hands-on mentality with a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
