Your Tasks
- Design and coordinate AI training programs aligned with the AI Act and industry needs to upskill professionals and foster trustworthy AI.
- Establish and manage an internship and exchange program connecting academia, industry, and European AI partners.
- Build and maintain networks to promote AI related knowledge transfer and long-term collaboration across sectors.
- Serve as a central contact point for training, internships, and exchange activities within the AI Factory Austria.
- Monitor program impact, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
- Support researchers and innovators from the AI Factory Austria and partner institutions in exchanging the latest scientific methods and findings in fields such as biotechnology, manufacturing, public administration, and physics to accelerate innovation.
- Assist business partners in effectively utilising new scientific results through targeted technology transfer activities.

- You are the first point of contact for international ViCAS researchers and fellows.
- You will support Fellows and the management team with organisational questions and administrative processes.
- You will implement and design strategic programme planning, support and further development together with the management team.
- You will support the management team in the periodic call for applications for fellowships.
- You will coordinate scientific events and networking activities such as guest lectures, seminars and workshops.
- You will be involved in ViCAS's public relations work and communication with national and international networks.
- You will be involved in the strategic orientation of ViCAS.
- The Fellows' satisfaction will be improved by your implementation of regular feedback mechanisms.
- You will manage the resources of ViCAS and play an important role in budget planning.
- As the central contact person for organisational matters, you will lead a small administrative team (two additional employees are currently planned).
- You will work closely with the academic management team, which has overall strategic responsibility for the unit, and efficiently implement jointly defined goals in day-to-day administrative work.

- In dieser Rolle bist du einer der Dreh- und Angelpunkt, wenn es um die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Azure-Cloud-Infrastrukturdienste geht.
- Du übernimmst die Integration und Anpassung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturdienste und führst deren Migration in die Microsoft Azure Cloud durch. Dabei unterstützt du nicht nur im Daily Admin Business, sondern bringst dich aktiv in spannende IT-Projekte wie die Migration zu Exchange Online ein.
- Dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung machst du zum Vorteil des Teams, indem du dem Projektmanagement als technischer Ansprechpartner zur Seite stehst. Mit deiner Expertise sorgst du dafür, dass wir unsere Ziele effizient und erfolgreich erreichen.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns
- Active Directory: Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und strategische Planung von Benutzern, Gruppen, DNS, GPOs und Security Baselines sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von PKI.
- Microsoft Entra ID: Einrichtung von Conditional Access, Exchange, Enterprise Apps, MDM/Intune und Microsoft 365.
- Verwaltung und Optimierung der Synchronisation mit Microsoft Entra Connect.
- ManageEngine: Pflege des OS- und Software-Deployment sowie Patch- und Client-Management.
- Skripting und Automatisierung: Entwicklung und Kontrolle von Taskserver-Skripten (z. B. für Offboarding-Prozesse) und Berichterstellung mit SQL-Reporting sowie Active Directory Queries mit CLR.
- Linux Server: Wartung und Optimierung der Guacamole- und HA-Proxy-Server und Docker.
- Windows Server: Sie übernehmen die allgemeine Verwaltung, das Design und die Implementierung von Windows Server-Infrastrukturen.

- Selbstständige Annahme, Kategorisierung, Analyse und Bearbeitung von Störmeldungen und anderen Anfragen
