Deine Aufgaben
- First-Level-Support für IT-Anfragen von Caritas-Mitarbeiter*innen
- Du wirst den Großteil deiner Arbeitszeit an der Hotline verbringen und Anrufe entgegen nehmen oder Anfragen (aus unserem Ticket-System JIRA), die elektronisch gemeldet wurden, dokumentieren, bearbeiten und lösen.
