- Die Aufgaben in der Lehre umfassen die eigenständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen in den Bachelor- und Masterprogrammen der Fakultät im kollektivvertraglich festgelegten Ausmaß.
- Ferner wird vom Stelleninhaber/der Stelleninhaberin die Mitwirkung an administrativen Institutsaufgaben sowie an Evaluierungsmaßnahmen und in der Qualitätssicherung in angemessen Umfang erwartet.
- Sie bauen ein eigenständiges Forschungsprofil, das sich inhaltlich in die Arbeitsschwerpunkte des Instituts z. B. in den Gebieten nachhaltiges Wirtschaften und innovative Organisationsformen wirtschaftlicher Aktivitäten einordnet. Publikationen in hochrangigen internationalen Journalen und eine aktive Teilnahme an internationalen Konferenzen sind integraler Bestandteil davon.

- Unterstützung der Fachbereichsleitung bei Planung, Koordination und Überwachung fachlicher Themen
- Selbstständige Erledigung von Arbeitspaketen im Rahmen der Einführung und Optimierung von IT- Service-Management-Prozessen nach ITIL
- Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung der Effizienz und Qualität der IT-Services in der ÖGK
- Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Entwicklung und selbstständige Erledigung von Themenblöcken im Rahmen der operativen Steuerung des IT Service Managements (ITSM) innerhalb des Unternehmens und bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von ITIL-Prozessen (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Service- und Asset-Management)
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Aufgaben im Zuge der Definition und Implementierung einheitlicher IT-Services zur optimalen Unterstützung aller Unternehmenseinrichtungen und Geschäftsprozesse
- Selbstständige Erledigung von Arbeitspaketen im Rahmen der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) mit internen und externen Dienstleistern
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung eines IT-Service-Katalogs zur Administration und transparenten Darstellung angebotener IT-Services und bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Self-Service und Automatisierungslösungen zur Entlastung des IT-Support-Teams
