- Technische Betreuung und Sicherstellung des Betriebs von Non-SAP-Applikationen auf Basis von Windows Server und Middleware (Lokale und Globale)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Applikationsteam sowie mit den Bereichen Infrastruktur, Schnittstellen und SAP
- Zusammenarbeit mit Business Key-Usern (m/w/d) sowie externen Providern (Product Support)
- Dokumentation der Applikationslandschaft
- Mitarbeit im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support im Rahmen von Incident-, Change- und Problem-Management
- Serviceerbringung auf Basis ServiceNow ITSM
- Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Planung, Koordination und technischen Umsetzung bis hin zur (Teil-)Projektleitung
- Technische Umsetzung von Installationen, komplexen Upgrade-Projekten und Konfigurationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Produktherstellern
